Welcome to Run JB - the super-friendly running club for women in Swindon

Run JB is JB Personal Training's official Run England womens running group, based in West Swindon. Founded by Personal Trainer, Ironwoman and ex-international athlete Shona Watt, Run JB specialises in introducing beginners to running, via its popular Swindon Couch to 5K running course. The 8 week course starts every March, May, July and September. To book your place on our next Couch to 5K course, please visit our Classes page.
