Is Personal Training Right For Me?

If you are 100% committed to working hard to achieve your goals, with at least one personal training session each week for a minimum of two months, then you can apply for personal training. We only accept clients who are very clear on what they wish to achieve and are committed to long-term lifestyle change. If you are just after a short-term "quick fix" for a special occasion then we are not for you.

Ready to Sign Up?

Please firstly contact us to discuss your goals and availability. We will then match you with the most suitable Personal Trainer and fix a regular time for your weekly sessions. You can then use the button below to sign up for your personal training contract. This will take you through the process of creating a MindBody account (if you do not have one already), completing some health questions and entering the card details to be used for the monthly payments and lastly viewing and accepting the terms and conditions.
