JB Personal Training (“we” or “JB Fitness & Wellbeing”) take the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. This policy (the “JB Fitness & Wellbeing Terms”) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) and subsequent data protection legislation, the data controller is JB Personal Training of 11a Buryfield, Lydiard Millicent, Wiltshire SN5 3NF which trades at JB Fitness & Wellbeing.


We will collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms that we may give you or you may find on our site or at our premises, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored in the cloud or at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It could also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology and we use PCI-compliant service providers.
