I was 12 stone 3, miserable and fed up with 'dieting'- it just wasn't working. I knew I needed someone to motivate and encourage me, I also knew that the key to losing weight would be to exercise. So I decided on a personal trainer, after a search on the internet, I decided Jules was the one for me! The scariest thing was turning up for that first session, but going was the best decision I could have made. Those first few sessions were tough and I would ache for days afterwards, but I knew it was worth it. I have learnt so much throughout this process, losing weight is possible without counting calories.  Fruit, veg and protein are great foods to fill up on and I will now happily choose brown rice over white!! I was pushed to my limits in every training session and achieved things I never thought I could do, such as run 5K in 33 minutes on a treadmill and do full push ups!  So far I have lost over two and a half stone, gained a level of fitness I thought was impossible for me, and I feel so much happier and confident.  I will now happily walk into a class at the gym on my own and go straight to the front!!  If anyone asks me if personal training works, I say yes, and show them my before picture and ask them to judge for themselves!

I have enjoyed keeping active during my pregnancy and got renewed inspiration from your sessions.  I had a boy on Sat 11 Sept, he weighed 8lb 5oz.  The labour was very quick and he really did shoot out like a bullet. The second stage is down as 8 mins on my notes!!!!   Another great thing is that exactly one week after the birth I was wearing my normal size 12 jeans. There's no doubt this was due to the exercise regimes you devised for me to follow throughout my pregnancy. All the effort really did pay off and I'd like to say thank you very much.
