I have trained with Jules for one year, when I first enquired about PT I never imagined I would be going back for more or loving my sessions!. My goal was to lose a few pounds and tone up areas I disliked. I knew I needed someone to push me and Jules certainly does that, I have never worked out so hard in my life!. Each session is so varied I am totally out of my comfort zone. There was no way I would have joined a gym, until now. The sessions have given me confidence to use weights and equipment. Jules also tailors a plan with challenges to enure I progress. Most importantly I know fat takes ages to put on, without a good diet, you can forget thinking that you can poodle in the gym for a bit and then go and eat the junk, hoping it will make a difference!. Personal Training with Jules is worth every penny, secretly I enjoy it too, weird or what!

I met up with Jules
3 months ago after realising that I had to do something about my weight and
health. Although I had been relatively fit and healthy most of my life, my age,
lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits had finally caught up with me and I felt
uncomfortable and self-conscious about how I looked. I knew I had to do
something, but what? Luckily I found Jules who got me through some tough
training sessions and guided me with eating and training plans. I can’t say
it’s been easy but it has been an enjoyable experience resulting in the loss of
nearly 2 stone in 12 weeks and given me a totally new outlook on life. I
now go to the gym regularly and feel so much happier with the way I look and
feel. Thanks to Jules for the motivation and knowledge to improve my health and
fitness, loved every minute of it.
I had recently been on holiday and when I saw the pictures I thought ‘Oh my god, I look like a beached whale’.This
was the moment I thought I’ve got to do something about my weight.I looked on the internet for a personal
trainer and found Julie’s website, within a few days there I was on my first
session with Julie.The first session
was difficult however Julie was there encouraging me and I found her to be a
great motivator.Throughout the last 3
months Julie has helped me with changing my eating habits for the better, extended
my knowledge on nutrition and improved my overall fitness to a new level.Before I started this experience I felt
sluggish, had no energy, tired all the time, had no confidence or self esteem
and was just plodding on through life.Now I have a new zest for life, I can now walk into a fitness class on
my own and feel confident that I’m able to complete a workout/class without
feel conscious of how I look and have a great time.The boost I get when family or friends comment
on how I look is unbelievable especially when some haven’t seen me since I
started this journey.In total I have
lost 3 stones in 3 months the most I have ever lost as I have tried so many
different diets before, lost so much then put it all back on and more.I
enjoy every session with Julie and feel great afterwards. Yes, I still have my low days but Julie is
always there to help me through them and set me back on track. If it wasn’t for Julie’s help I’m sure I
would still be in the same rut as before and probably even heavier. I am only part way there as still got another
5 stones to lose but I know I can achieve this with hard work, commitment and
Julie by my side pushing me all the way. If anyone asks me is having a personal trainer worth the money? I will
always say ‘it’s worth every penny!!!
