JB Personal Training Refunds Policy

Applicable from 1st Dec 2015

  1. In accordance with our legal responsibilities for the supply of services, JB Personal Training will provide our services (personal training, group fitness classes and running club and courses) with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the descriptions given on the JB Personal Training website.  Services will be provided within a reasonable time, within a maximum of 10 weeks for all personal training packages and within the fixed schedule published for all other (group) activities.
  2. Prices for all services are clearly published in advance of purchase on our website. No additional tax will be charged.  An additional charge may be levied for debit and credit card payments. Any such charge will not be higher than the cost incurred for processing the method of payment.
  3. You have the right to cancel your contract for the provision of services within 14 days of purchase.  To exercise this right, you must inform us by making a clear statement in writing to the address below. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.
  4. If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, having deducted a cancellation charge of £5 per service reflecting the administration costs of cancellation. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
  5. If you requested to begin the provision of services during the cancellation period (for example, by purchasing a block of group fitness classes less than 14 days before the scheduled first session), you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of this contract.
  6. Any complaints should be made in writing to the address below.
